Rudan d.o.o, a prominent Croatian ESCO company, has long been recognized as one of the market leaders in consulting and implementing measures related to raising the level of energy efficiency of companies in almost all business sectors. In 2017, they decided to expand their success to another one, the tourism sector, an ambitious journey with the goal of becoming one of the biggest in the country.

Their in investment comprises of an assorted set of properties, such as Jezerฤica thermal baths, which by itself represents 200 rooms and hotels spread along the Istrian and Dalmatian coast, from Novi Vinodolski to Vodice, for example, all the way to resorts in the mountains, such as Uฤka. Their diverse portfolio comprises of facilities that are in operation along with some still waiting for activation, for a total of around โ‚ฌ 65 Million.

 

InSky Solutions prides itself on taking part in such a fruitful and ambitious project. We had the opportunity of implementing and making Innovative ContactInSky a major tool in Rudanโ€™s tourism-related efforts, who took our crown jewel to the extent of cooperating in improving it and becoming a precedent in a pristine and elite implementation of this solution in a singular call center from where all hotels operate in terms of reservations. As a result, Rudan has experienced significant improvements in their overall business performance. They have witnessed increased revenue share, higher customer satisfaction, and  improved market response time. It has empowered them to overcome challenges, automate processes, streamline operations, and enhance communication with their guests.
